4th Polish Nationwide Electronic Sports Congress (OKSE) was held in the Silesian Museum in Katowice

Esports Association (Poland), a member of IESF, organized and hosted the 4th edition of Polish National Electronic Sports Congress (pol. Ogólnopolski Kongres Sportów Elektronicznych, OKSE) on February 26th in Silesian Museum in Katowice. It is the oldest annual conference focused on the Esports industry in Poland and one of the most important events of its kind in the Central European region.

Its agenda was divided into educational and business parts. Among the speakers, there were the best experts from the Polish Esports and investment industries. Over 500 guests attended and most of them were students of high school Esports classes in the Silesian region. In total, they attended 15 workshops, lectures and discussion panels delivered by 28 speakers.

The educational part was addressed to students interested in developing their careers in the professional gaming industry. Esports-related HR, psychology and management specialists shared their experiences and tips for the youth. The business part covered topics such as investing, fundraising and the future of the Esports ecosystem.

4th Polish National Electronic Sports Congress’ honorary patrons were the Ministry of Administration and Digitization and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and the event was co-hosted by the Silesian Region and the City of Katowice.
