As a member of the IESF Board, my primary objective is to champion the growth and recognition of Esports, particularly in Africa. Drawing from my leadership roles in the Royal Moroccan Federation of Electronic Games (FRMJE) and the African Confederation of Digital Sports (ACDS), I am deeply committed to elevating Africa’s position on the global Esports stage. I envision a future where Africa is not just a participant but a leader in the Esports arena, setting trends, standards, and best practices for the rest of the world. My goal is to foster collaborations, nurture talent, and ensure that the unique perspectives and strengths of African Esports communities are represented and celebrated internationally. Together with the IESF, I am confident that we can pave the way for a more inclusive and vibrant global Esports ecosystem.
