As a person with more than 10 years of experience in providing legal services to traditional sports, he has set as his goal and task within the the framework of his work on the IESF Board the further professionalization of the IESF structure and its members from a regulatory and legal perspective, including the creation of an appropriate organizational and legal framework (through the adoption of relevant internal regulations and implementation of models of good practice) that incorporates the well-functioning institutions and values existing in traditional sports and their appropriate adaptation to the esports ecosystem. In addition – based on the actions taken within the national federation in Poland – his goal within the IESF is also to support esports national federations in obtaining full recognition by their national government administration and national Olympic committees.
