Membership Committee
The Membership Committee plays a vital role within the International Esports Federation (IESF) as it takes on the responsibility of overseeing the various services provided to IESF members.
By upholding the IESF’s Statutes and General Meeting decisions, the Membership committee maintains consistency and fairness among all members. Their support and guidance to existing members foster a sense of unity and cooperation within the esports community. Additionally, the careful evaluation of new member applications helps in maintaining the federation’s high standards and ensures that like-minded individuals and organizations join the IESF”s mission of advancing esports worldwide. GG Commision
The GG Commission is responsible for promoting and organizing the World Esports Championship, which is an international esports event organized by IESF. The GG Commission oversees the planning, execution, and management of this prestigious tournament that brings together players from around the world.

Equity Commision
The Equity Commission’s main goal is to ensure fairness and inclusivity within the esports community. It addresses issues related to diversity, gender equity, and other forms of inclusion to create a more diverse and welcoming environment for participants and fans.

Publishers Commission
The Publishers Commission collaborates with game publishers and developers to facilitate the integration of their games into IESF-sanctioned events and competitions. This commission ensures effective communication and cooperation between IESF and game publishers to promote and support their titles within the esports ecosystem.

Regulatory committee
The Regulatory Committee’s main duty and responsibility is to review all motions in advance of the General Meeting. The Committee ensures the motions are technically correct and do not conflict with existing provisions of the Statutes and refines them as necessary. The refined version of the motion will be presented to the original submitter for approval. To provide recommendations on all motions, which will be presented at the General Meeting alongside the motions. Upon request from another competent IESF organ, to assist in drafting or reviewing regulations to be applied within IESF.

Audit, Risk and Governance Committee
The Audit, Risk, and Governance Committee (“the ARGC”) is established to develop recommendations for best practices and procedures to align the IESF and its
members with international standards. To investigate strategies to enhance transparency and effective governance within the IESF. To serve as a platform for members to voice concerns, discuss, and propose solutions related to any aspect of the IESF’s operations. The ARGC is required to deliberate on the raised concerns and decide on a course of action if deemed necessary. To compile a report with recommendations, inquiries, and other concerns for the Board, which the Board shall be required to formally respond to within a set timeframe. The ARGC shall be entitled to receive from the Secretariat, at its own discretion, any information it deems necessary, including contracts signed by IESF, Board and other committees meeting minutes, and other documents. The Board may require the members of this Committee to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving any materials.

World Esports Education Commission
Esports is more than simply competition and gameplay. IESF recognises the opportunity of learining through esports, including both STEM/STEAM curriculum as well as developing workforce skills. IESF has partnered with NASEF, recognised as the global leader in “scholastic esports”, and the committee is chaired by Gerald Solomon, founder and executive Director of NASEF.

Esport for All promotes the IESF ideal, transcending racial and class barriers to prioritise health and well-being through Esports. It advocates for peace, unity, and reconciliation, especially in the face of global conflicts. The Esport for All Commission urges the IESF movement to champion Esport and a culture of peace.

External Affairs Commission
The External Affairs Commission of the International Esports Federation will be responsible for all communication with exterior entities outside of the esports ecosystem to defend protect and promote the values of esports including but not limited to national federations, continental unions, international federations, athletes, and other stakeholders. The commission comprises members commissioners one per continent with the possibility of growing reginally. The External Affairs Commission will be responsible for shielding, protecting, and being the public relations arm for IESF toward exterior entities outside the ecosystem. The main mission of this commission is to foster bilateral and multilateral relations, with organizations that are aligned with the vision, goals, and objectives of the IESF and Esports ecosystem for the opportunity to explore cooperation, collaboration, and partnerships with the International Esports Federation and its affiliated members or partners for Cultural, Social, Educational, Environmental, Economical, Medical, Information & Communication Technology developments.

Partnership Commission
The Partnership Commission of IESF has main duty is to oversee partnership policies and practices and be involved in partner selection and the setting of partnership shares, with a close eye on aspects of the partnership such as size, demographics, and liquidity. To establish partnership proposal evaluation and monitoring procedures. To evaluate new strategic partnership proposals in a timely manner and in coordination with the IESF Secretariat and Board Members, to monitor existing partnerships and to initiate new partnerships of strategic importance to the World Esports community.
