100+ eFootball™ players will fight for the throne

Countless number of combinations, passes, free – kicks and penalties will be played out in eFootball™, the virtual battleground which will be a part of this year’s World Esports Championship in Iasi, Romania.

Just like in the traditional version of the game, this game evokes a lot of emotions and passion from the players and the audience. It is almost impossible to witness a calm and quiet following of an eFootball™ match, where everybody seat still and suggests to the closest friend the better play, more precise shot, or the opposite prediction of a missed penalty.

One thing we know for certain,  the traditional version of the game lit the fire too strongly, which replicates equally in the virtual reality behind the gaming console. And this year, between the 26th of August and the 2nd of September,  the fire is coming in Romania.

Somebody is good at it, some mediocre, and some exceptional, but every now and then, a group of people achieves an almost unreachable level of mastery in the game, and here we like to present a few of those, that will make this year’s competition mission impossible for most of the players.

Miguel ”MESTRE” Mestre Oltra: Born in 1999 in Spain and currently a member of FC Bayern Esports is one of the favorites. A fierce opponent, you can spot the difference in the game when he is playing. The ball just moves differently, it has that Spanish flow. He has proven his skills on multiple occasions being eFootball.pro (CUP) Champion, European Champion 2023, and three-time eFootball. Pro finalist 2020/22/23.

Omer Hasan “Mednasah” Demirci: a player with a rich history in Esports, and a deep understanding of the game, is another name to be aware of. Born in 1990, with Turkish heritage, he will represent team Germany. It will be a real challenge to play against him, considering the fact that he is also a coach of the national team of Saudi Arabia, the amount of experience he has harnessed throughout the time is almost unreachable.

Marko “Roksa” Roksic: If we need to introduce him in a few words we’d say The gentle giant. Born in 1992 in Serbia, proudly represents his country at every opportunity he gets. FC Arsenal is his current team, but he’s also been part of FC Barcelona, AS Roma, and FC Nantes. Highly resourceful player, with many aces on their sleeves, he’s solely focused on winning the championship and bringing the gold in Serbia.
