With over two decades of experience in education, he is a leading figure in scholastic esports, having founded the first officially recognized state high school esports league in the U.S. in 2015. Dr. Kennedy has worked extensively with global esports organizations to advance youth development, creating pathways for student-athletes to build essential skills, knowledge, and character through structured competitive gaming and esports programs.
