The Swiss e-sport community has been struggling during the past two to three years. Many experienced organizations went inactive and no young people wanted to step into their footsteps. Over the past years, an increasing activity from various organizations has been noticed in Switzerland. The Swiss E-Sports Federation (SESF) wants to support this.?
?
On the 30th of July, the SESF invited deputies of the most active e-sports organizations to the first “Swiss E-Sports Roundtable” which was held in the city of Zurich. During this first meeting the goal was that all involved people got to know each other and talk about goals and challenges for the near future.?

Statement Dario Salice (President of the Swiss E-Sports Federation, SESF)
“I’m happy that we managed to get the major organizations on one table to discuss about the development of electronic sports in Switzerland. The meeting exceeded my expectations, cause two common projects, where all present organizations will work together have been identified”

It is planned that the “Swiss E-Sports Roundtable” will take place on a regular basis. In the future it will also be open for public attendance.
