Personal Motto
“Live, Learn, and Love”
Biggest challenge(s) that you’ve overcome in your professional career
“While CEO of the Public Health Foundation Enterprises following the 9/11 World Trade Center attack, I was responsible for implementing the BioWatch Dept of Homeland Security grant to hire and deploy nearly 1,000 law enforcement and health personnel within 90 days to protect what was perceived to be the most vulnerable targets in the US.”
What are some of your goals for 2023?
“To train representatives from all IESF member federations on NASEF’s scholastic esports model to ensure a pipeline of talent, to ensure sustainability of the Federations, and to credential and certify esports coaches within all member Federations.”
By educating young and aspiring esports athletes we will be able to build a safer and well-informed community for future generations of athletes. We’re happy to have Gerald on the IESF board and are looking forward to more amazing collaboration in 2023!
