E-sports federation of Slovenia (ESZS) is a newly established non-profit organization. Our goal is to promote e-sports in Slovenia, organize e-sports events, tournaments, national competitions and leagues. ESZS is an association of e-sport clubs and organizations with a common goal. One of the main goals is to destigmatize video gaming in general and to popularize and improve public opinion on e-sports in local region. We believe, that can be achieved by being socially responsible and offer anyone who wishes to be a part of our community safe guidelines and how to participate in e-sports. In the first years, ESZS will implement its goals primarily by organizing and assisting in the organization of e-sports events and national competitions. We are open to work with anyone, who has mutual interest in the branch of e-sports. Unified terminology, definition and coordination of rules for tournaments and competitions are things we are already working on. We also offer and are prepared to assist anyone in creating and leading newly formed organizations. The vision of ESZS is to become the leading e-sports organization in Slovenia, with the hopes of putting us on European and global level. To achieve this goal, partnership and long-term cooperation with other organization, partners, sponsors and donors is a must.
