As informed via G&e for several times, 4th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games (AIMAG) which is hosted by Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) will be held at Incheon from 29th June until 6th of July. e-Sport is included in this mega-sport event as one of official sport disciplines, and IeSF is taking role of the official supervising organization as an international federation with recognition of OCA.
As maximizing the efficiency of this opportunity, IeSF has decided to host IeSF 2013 Asia Conference during the period of 4th AIMAG.
Distinguished from the conferences in the past, the list of attendees is remarkable. Basically, the representatives of all IeSF’s 12 Asian member National Associations will be participating in 4th AIMAG as officials: either team leaders of each nation’s e-sports delegation or Juries for e-sports competition. Officials of National Olympic Committees (NOCs) related to IeSF’s member associations will also attend the conference in company with the representatives of member associations.
IeSF will send out RSVP for other NOCs who are interested in e-sports as well as RVIPs from international sports governing bodies such as EOC and OCA. With approximately 80 attendees, diverse important issues related to e-sports scene in Asia will be handled at the conference, and it is planned to be broadcasted.
