IESF together with NASEF to host workshops during the World Esports Championships in Bali

As the Esports community is growing it is important to understand all aspects of the ecosystem in order for professionals and Esports enthusiasts to thrive in the working environment. You need skill, persistence, focus and most importantly passion to start a career in this field. For that reason, IESF together with NASEF – the founding organization of scholastic Esports will host the World Academia Workshop in Bali, Indonesia, during the World Esports Championships. NASEF’s mission is to provide opportunities for all students to use Esports as a platform to develop STEAM-based skills and social-emotional attributes such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities needed to thrive in work and in life.

The workshop will be open to everyone attending the Championships and encourages all Esports enthusiasts to participate and expand their knowledge on all the paths that Esports can take you.

Feel free to join one or all workshops. For your convenience, we offer the workshops multiple times per week so you don’t miss out on anything: 

1. Dynamics for Successful Esports Coaching  – by Jorrel Batac from NASEF
   From analyzing gameplay to shaping future strategies to effectively manage your team, learn how to develop a team capable of working together effectively and having fun based on the NASEF x Skillshot Coaching Certification Course adopted by member federations around the world

2. Launching and Sustaining an Esports Club and Team – by Gerald Solomon from IESF World Esports Education Committee and NASEF
   Learn about the “building blocks” to forming and sustaining a high-performance Esports Club and team engaging not only the player but also the community and ecosystem needed to support the program
