As the Chairperson of the Athletes Committee and the voice of esports athletes on the IESF board, Tiffani aims to advocate for athletes whenever their voices are neglected, maintain oversight over board members and the secretariat to keep them cognizant of athletes’ current needs, ensure that the organization consistently prioritizes athletes’ welfare, and enhance conditions at the WE Championships, thereby ensuring the fairness and integrity of the tournament outcomes.
