Bangladesh Youth Development & Electronic Sports Association (BYDESA) is an organization established to inspire and train young leaders of today’s and tomorrow’s Bangladesh. Alongside the development of youth through digital competency, character building and self-discipline, we at BYDESA have the following objectives: Increase the level of awareness and promote electronic sports in Bangladesh. Educate parents, teachers, media, policy makers and governing bodies around what electronic sports is and what its benefits are. Develop training materials, facilities and systems to build a sustainable ecosystem. Scout, guide and groom players, casters, teams and partners alongside organizing leagues and tournaments. Provide expertise and advice to officially support electronic sports matters in Bangladesh and guard and enforce rules in cooperation with other relevant Committees, Associations and Federations. Build infrastructure to establish and run an academy in order to equip the youth with adaptive technical, creative and social skills.
