Kedeng Le appointed Chairman as IESF Establishes Publisher and Clubs Commission

The International Esports Federation (IESF) has announced the establishment of a new Publisher and Clubs Commission, appointing Kedeng Le, Chairman of All Gamers (AG), as Chair.

The newly established Commission gives game publishers and professional clubs a direct voice in IESF’s operations. Working alongside IESF’s 154 Member Federations, it will align priorities on international competition, create opportunities for clubs and players, and offer publishers a formal channel to the IESF ecosystem.

Le brings more than two decades of industry leadership to the role, having led the esports division of ASUS Republic of Gamers, and founded the LPL team Rogue Warriors before joining AG in 2019. Founded in 1999 and based in Chengdu, AG is one of the world’s oldest and most successful esports organizations, with 28 branches and 16 game divisions. Le also chairs the Asian Electronic Sports Federation’s Club Commission, giving him a direct link between Asia's club scene and IESF’s global mission.

As Chairman, Le will lead the Commission’s efforts to strengthen dialogue and cooperation between IESF, game publishers and esports clubs. His role will include facilitating stakeholder engagement, identifying opportunities for meaningful collaboration, and helping to establish shared priorities that support the strategic, sustainable development of international esports and the wider gaming community.

Commenting on his appointment, Le said: “It’s an honor to join IESF and serve as Chair of the Publisher and Clubs Commission. I’m ready to bridge publishers and clubs closely with IESF, and work together to unlock more potential for the world esports community.”

IESF President Vlad Marinescu hailed the appointment, highlighting the value of industry experience and fortified stakeholder relationships: “As a Board, we are very happy to welcome Le to the team. He brings undeniable experience and proven results in esports, and I’m confident that, as Chairman of the Commission, his leadership will help strengthen unity and collaboration with publishers and clubs, delivering significant benefits to the global gaming community.”

The initiative reflects IESF’s ongoing commitment to building meaningful industry partnerships and ensuring that strong relationships and powerful collaboration remains central to the future of competitive esports.
